View State is a state in which we are able to move or navigate through 3D space or viewport. To enter this state, we must press ALT and SPACEBAR on the keyboard (+mouse).

ALT - Temporary view state (press and hold)

SPACEBAR - Toggle Permanent view state.

…default shortcuts are only available as long as we are in Camera state ( Alt - Temporary, Spacebar - Permanent ). Most of these are useless and thus some of them are taken and adjusted for modeling.
